Today you will be taking two surveys to help improve our school. You will need your state ID number, which will be provided to you. Please take your time and answer the questions with thought and care. Here is the description of the first survey:

5 Essentials survey

The 5 Essentials survey provides a unique opportunity for students, teachers and parents to have a voice in improving their schools. Through January 31, 2018, students, teachers and parents will be asked to take a 25 -minute research-based survey to help identify strengths and weaknesses in their school's learning environment. This survey will serve as an opportunity for schools to reflect on progress since the last statewide implementation.



Once you have completed the 5 Essentials survey, click on the following link to complete the second survey:


After you have completed the survey, please log into your NoRedInk.com account and complete the practice exercise. You will see this on the home page once you log in. (Your diagnostic and quiz should have already been completed by this point.)
